"From the moment I read the reading the energy shot upwards, I felt like a lid had been taken off from the top of my head and energy began to flow. A buzz of high-frequency energy began to move through me. The reading was even titled frequency. There was so much depth to this reading, so many parts which I know in time will make sense and I will look back at this reading as an important signpost.

 

Jake's reading highlighted so many blind spots, things I guess, deep down, I had felt rumblings of but was not acknowledging or working with. The fact the reading was titled frequency and within the reading, there were poignant questions which highlighted to me the extremes which I am holding on to and fluctuating between. The words have echoed through my week since the reading.

 

The breath work practice has been interesting and really cool to have something practical to work on afterwards. As someone who feels comfortable working with energy, I can sense the increased flow whilst doing this. I'll keep going and see where it takes me.

 

The reading finished with referencing that this will be my work for the years to come, which for me gave me a sense of focus and direction. I will come back to these words over and over again as I know that held within this is layers of insights to guide me. (The wild energy flow is back at my crown writing this)"
